Abstract: The invention discloses a method for extracting pyrethroid pesticide residues in complex samples by a film. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: putting a low-density polyethylene film bag with surface grafted molecularly imprinted materials in n-hexane solution for carrying out pretreatment; adding a proper amount of solution which is prepared by acetonitrile and water according to a volume ratio of 1 to 9 in a to-be-detected sample, homogenizing and centrifuging, taking a proper amount of liquid supernatant and adding the liquid supernatant in a head space sampling bottle; further putting the pretreated film bag in the head space sampling bottle, adding an extraction solvent, carrying out treatment such as oscillating to obtain an extraction solution; and sampling the extraction solution by a large-volume sampling device, and detecting the concentration of the pyrethroid pesticide residues in the extraction solution by virtue of GC-ECD. The method for extracting pyrethroid pesticide residues in complex samples by the film has the advantage that the method can be used for separating, purifying and enriching the pyrethroid pesticide residues in the complex biological samples; compared with the conventional liquid-liquid extraction method and solid-phase extraction method, the method for extracting pyrethroid pesticide residues in complex samples by the film is relatively high in separation and purification efficiency.
