Abstract: The invention discloses magnetic molecularly-imprinted nanospheres capable of removing and resisting protein as well as a preparation method and application thereof and belongs to the technical fieldsof nanomaterial preparation and food analysis and application. The technical scheme comprises the following steps: firstly adopting a hydrothermal method to synthesize amino magnetic nanospheres by one step; then adding the amino magnetic nanospheres and tetracycline into a Tris-HCl buffering solution, and after fully stirring under room temperature, adding bovine serum albumin and dopamine to carry out polymerization reaction; finally, separating out produced polymers by an external magnet, and after elution and drying, obtaining a target product. The magnetic molecularly-imprinted nanospheres prepared by the invention are homogeneous in particle size, good in stability, strong in reusability and good in hydrophilicity, has strong selective adsorbability, large adsorbing capacity and high recovery rate for tetracycline medicines, and is a simple-efficient-fast method for directly and selectively separating and detecting the tetracycline medicines in milk.
