Abstract: The invention relates to a method for targeted step-by-step regulation and control of membrane permeability of a microcapsule based on a molecular imprint strategy, and belongs to the technical fieldof membrane permeability regulation and control. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a dextran-polymer coupled body element; 2, preparing a lysozyme-polymer coupled body element; 3,preparing a bovine serum albumin-polymer coupled body element; 4, constructing a ternary hybrid microcapsule; and 5, using a molecular imprinting strategy to regulate and control the membrane permeability of the microcapsule step by step. The method has the following advantages: a protein capsule and a molecular imprinting strategy are combined to construct a ternary hybrid biological microcapsule, and then different elements are imprinted and etched step by step according to a sequence from small to large of molecular weights under different conditions to finally form pore channels with different sizes, so that a simple and effective step-by-step regulation and control method for the surface membrane permeability the microcapsule is realized, and the problem that the membrane permeability of the microcapsule is difficult to accurately target and regulate is solved.
