Publication number: CN107782711A
Abstract: The invention discloses a surface enhanced Raman spectrum sensor used for detecting glycoprotein and based on molecularly imprinted polymers and a preparation method and application thereof. The sensor is prepared by combining a molecularly imprinted polymer layer for specific affinity and selective capture of glycoprotein with a SERS probe having glycoprotein specific affinity effect. The methodincludes that a combination of boric acid affinity MIPs and a boric acid affinity SERS probe is adopted for target capture and SERS signal generation, a boric acid specific affinity group surface imprinting method is used to prepare the MIPs layer which is used for selectively capturing trace targets; hypersensitive and quantitative detection of glycoprotein in human serum is realized according toa log dosage reaction relation, and trace glycoprotein in biological samples can be detected quickly and hypersensitively. The sensor prepared by the method can directly and non-destructively detectmacromolecular samples and can detect many clinical biomarkers in actual biological samples.
