Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a new multi-metal-coordination morphine-imprinted high polymer material and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighingmultiple metals for coprecipitation, washing the precipitant to be neutral by using deionized water, adding morphine, dimethyl sulfoxide, an acetonitrile-methylbenzene mixed solvent and an auxiliary ingredient, ultrasonically mixing with the obtained precipitant, and standing to prepare a multi-metal-morphine complex template solution; adding 4-VP-dopamine mixed function monomer into the templatesolution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, then adding AIBN, and ultrasonically mixing to be uniform; and putting the mixture solution in a water bath, putting a reaction system into a microwave reaction system, irradiating the mixture discontinuously by using microwave through a preservative film, and reacting for 6 hours to obtain the new multi-metal-coordination morphine-imprinted high polymer material. According to the preparation method, the reaction time is shortened; and the obtained multi-metal-coordination morphine-imprinted high polymer has higher selective adsorption capability, stable adsorbing property and good reproducibility, therefore, the obtained molecularly-imprinted polymer can be used for solid-phase extraction of morphine and can meet the needs of certain special occasions.
