Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing water-dispersible quantum dot labeled molecularly imprinted nano-particles based on macromolecular self-assembly, and relates to the scientific and technological fields of macromolecular material science, life health, self-assembly and the like. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, modifying surface double bonds of a quantum dot by utilizing hydrophobic interaction, providing a fluorescent source and using the fluorescent source as a crosslinking agent at the same time; then, co-assembling amphiphilic macromolecules, double bond modified quantum dots, template molecules and a photoinitiator to obtain water-dispersible quantum dot labeled molecularly imprinted nano-particles, and stabilizing the structure of the nano-particles byphoto-crosslinking. The prepared nano-particles can be used for specific recognition and detection of template molecules in an aqueous phase. The method provided by the invention integrates the advantages of large specific surface area of a nano material, good molecular imprinting technology selectivity and stable fluorescence performance of quantum dots, can perform high-selectivity and high-sensitivity rapid detection on trace micromolecules or biological macromolecules in an actual sample, and particularly has wide application prospects in aspects of environmental monitoring, food safety, clinical analysis and the like.
