Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of crossing of nanomaterials and electrochemical sensing, and relates to a preparation method of a molecularly imprinted polymer/reduced graphene oxide-silver nanoparticle/nickel foam-based electrochemical gastrodin sensor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing graphene oxide by adopting a Hummers method, co-reducing the graphene oxide and a silver ammonia solution to obtain the reduced graphene oxide, and depositing silver nanoparticles on the surface of nickel foam; with pyrrole as a monomer and gastrodin as a template molecule, producing polypyrrole through electropolymerization on the surface of a modified nickel foam electrode; removing the template molecule to produce a polypyrrole/reduced graphene oxide-silver nanoparticle/nickel foam system with gastrodin imprints; fitting a linear relationship between the concentration of gastrodin in an electrolyte of the system and the oxidation current peak intensity, and establishing the electrochemical gastrodin sensor based on the system. The electrochemical gastrodin sensor is simple in technology, low in preparation cost and high in product sensitivity, and canbe used as a novel electrochemical sensor for efficient detection of the gastrodin.
