Abstract: The invention provides a method for preparing a clenbuterol hydrochloride molecularly imprinted membrane electrochemical light emitting sensor. The method is characterized in that the surface of a glassy carbon electrode is wrapped by a composite film, and the composite film consists of reduced oxidized graphene, upconversion nanoparticles and molecular imprinting polymers. The method has the advantages that electrochemical light emission of the upconversion nanoparticles with stable cathode signals and high light emission strength are combined with the molecular imprinting polymers with goodselectivity, and trace detection on clenbuterol hydrochloride in animal derived foods can be implemented.
