The invention discloses preparation of a gastric floating sustained release material with liquid-crystal molecular imprinting on surfaces of levofloxacin multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The material isprepared from, by mass, 0.16-0.97% of template molecule levofloxacin, 0.90%-0.92% of methacrylic acid, 9.07-15.99% of liquid crystal monomer, 4.53-8.51% of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 0.066-0.069% of azodiisobutyronitrile and 78.77-82.69% of trichloromethane, wherein multi-walled carbon nanotubes are also added into the material. The prepared gastric floating sustained release material with liquid-crystal molecular imprinting on the surfaces of the levofloxacin multi-walled carbon nanotubes serves as a drug carrier, is stable in physical and chemical properties, obvious in imprinting effect and large in drug loading capacity, and has an obvious sustained release effect on the template molecule levofloxacin; compared with common imprinted polymers, by means of the special floating performance of the material, residence time of drugs in the stomach can be prolonged, and the bioavailability of the drugs is improved.
