Patent Title: Method for preparing porous temperature-sensitive molecularly imprinted adsorbent
Publication date: 2018
Publication number: CN107913682A
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous temperature-sensitive molecularly imprinted adsorbent, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of environment-friendly functional materials. The method is characterized in that nanometer chitosan particles are used as stable particles, and are dispersed into a solution to form a water phase; liquid paraffin is used as an oil phase solvent, and a functional monomer (methacrylic acid), a crosslinking agent (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate), an initiator (2,2'-azodiisobutyronitrile), a surfactant (OP-10 water solution), a temperature-sensitive monomer (N-isopropylacrylamide) and imprinted molecules (tetracycline) are mixed to serve as an oil phase; the water phase and the oil phase are mixed to form a stable high inner phase emulsion Pickering; the porous temperature-sensitive molecularly imprinted polymer is prepared by the thermal initiating reaction, and is applied into the adsorption and separation of the tetracycline inthe water solution. The porous temperature-sensitive molecularly imprinted adsorbent has the advantages that the imprinted cavities, temperature sensitivity and porous structure are utilized; the imprinted cavities are used for specifically adsorbing the target molecules, the temperature sensitivity is used for controlling the adsorption and desorption of the imprinted molecules, the porous structure is used for increasing the contact area between the adsorbent and the solution, and the adsorption effect is better.
