Abstract: The invention discloses an MISPE-HPLC-MS/MS (molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrum) measuring method of a bisphenol compound, and belongs to the field of environment organic pollutant separation and analysis. The method is characterized in that a water sample is filtered or a bottom mud/sludge/soil sample is subjected to solvent extraction; then, the bisphenol compound is enriched and purified by MISPE; finally, the measurement is performed by an MRM (multiplereaction monitoring) mode of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The measuring method has the advantages of low matrix effect, high sensitivity, high accuracy degree and good precision degree on the detection of 9 kinds of bisphenol compounds in environmentsamples, and is hopeful to be applied to environment sample analytic determination.
