The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving an alternative template molecule, a cross-linking agent, a functional monomer and an initiator into a pore-forming solvent to obtain a prepolymerized solution, and carrying out polymerization reaction at the temperature of 55 to 75 °C for 24 to 48 hours; grinding, sieving and precipitating a white block polymer generated by the polymerization reaction to obtain polymer white particleswith the particle size of 30 to 60μm; carrying out Soxhlet extraction on obtained polymer particles by sequentially adopting methanol/acetic acid and methanol as extracting solvents and removing thealternative template molecule and unreacted substances to obtain the alternative template molecularly imprinted polymer. The alternative template molecularly imprinted polymer provided by the invention can be used as a solid phase extraction material, is applied to enrichment and purification of climbazole in environmental samples, food and personal caring products, has the advantages of high selectivity, high adsorption capacity and no template leakage, and has important significance for human health and environmental monitoring.
