Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a bromocriptine molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor. According to the preparation method, the bromocriptine molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor which is high in sensitivity and doped with nanometer clay is prepared from bromocriptine as a template molecule, oridonin as a functional monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator, thenanometer clay as a dopant and N-trans-feruloyltyramine as a cross-linking agent. The analytical method is simple and practical, and defects of complication, expensive equipment and low sensitivity of conventional analytical methods are overcome.
