The invention discloses a preparation method of a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for ethosuximide. The high-sensitivity and nano-clay-doped molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for ethosuximide is prepared with ethosuximide as a template molecule, secoxyloganin as a functional monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator, nano clay as a doping agent and N-trans-feruloyltyramine as a crosslinking agent. The analysis method is simple and practical, and the defects that existing analysis methods are complex, use expensive equipment and have low sensitivity are overcome.
