According to the preparation method, the nanometer clay doped sulthiame molecularly imprintedelectrochemical sensor with high sensitivity is prepared from sulthiame as a template molecule, oridonin as a functional monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator, nanometer clay as a doping agent and N-p-trans-coumaroyltyramine as a crosslinking agent; the analytical method is simple and practical, and defects of complication, expensive equipment and low sensitivity of a conventional analytical method are overcome.
