Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a molecularly-imprinted electrochemical sensor for eszopiclone. The high-sensitivity and nano-clay-doped molecularly-imprinted electrochemical sensor for eszopiclone is prepared with eszopiclone as a template molecule, oridonin as a functional monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator, nano clay as a doping agent and N-p-trans-coumaroyltyramineas a crosslinking agent. The analysis method is simple and practical and overcomes the defects of complex existing analysis methods, expensive equipment and low sensitivity.
