The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that simple operation and convenience in use are realized; in addition, quality and comprehensive performance of a product can be improved; the product has fluorescence property, binding site for specifically identifying a target analyte and obvious advantages in separating detection of complex environmental samples.
