The invention discloses a preparation method of an isoprocarb fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer and relates to the field of preparation of polymers, in particular to the preparation method ofthe isoprocarb fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation and purification of graphene quantum dots: weighing 20mg of carbon nanofibers and 500mg of sodium hydroxide, porphyrizing by using an agate mortar, uniformly mixing and then transferring a mixture into a clean 25mL crucible; heating at the temperature of 350 DEG C for 5 hoursin a muffle furnace; after a reaction still is cooled to room temperature, adding ultrapure water and dissolving an obtained solid; carrying out centrifugal separation at the speed of 8000r/min for 10 minutes so as to remove large-grained non-reacted reactants; carrying out dialysis treatment on supernate by using an MWCO1000 type dialysis bag to neutral; carrying out freeze drying on a dialyzedsolution to obtain brown yellow graphene quantum dot powder for later use. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that simple operation and convenience in use are realized; in addition, quality and comprehensive performance of a product can be improved; the product has fluorescence property, binding site for specifically identifying a target analyte and obvious advantages in separating detection of complex environmental samples.
