Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a pimozide molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor. Pimozide is adopted as a template molecule, isodeoxyelephantopin is adopted as a functional monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile is adopted as an initiator, nanometer clay is adopted as a dopant, and tenuifoliside C is adopted as a cross-linking agent, so that the nanometer clay-doped pimozide molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity is prepared. An analytical method is simple and practical, and overcomes the defects that a former analytical method is complicated, equipment is expensive, and sensitivity is low.
