Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a gastrodin molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor. The nano clay-doped gastrodin molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity is prepared by taking gastrodin as a template molecule, oridonin as a functional monomer, 2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionitrile) as an initiator, nano clay as a doping agent and N-trans-coumaroyltyramine as a crosslinking agent. An analysis method is simple and practical and the disadvantages that a previous analysis method is complicated, equipment is expensive and the flexibility is low are overcome.
